The Four F's

The other day I mentioned that I wanted to share with you some things I've learn't over the years that have made me who I am as a family man and business man. I read this great book called the Greatness Guide. In it the author Robin Sharma talks about the four f's. I can relate to this in every way. These are four of the steps that I truly believe will help "guide someone to greatness". The first f is for Fear....fear is what I really believe stops everyone from gaining greatness in life. Control it and the skies the limit. The next is Failure...everyone fails in some sort of way. I personally don't believe in failure, just results. Now the results may not be the ones I'm looking for but with every result is a lesson. With every lesson comes a learning experience. Don't fear failure, learn from it and thank it for teaching you. The third f is Forgetting...this is a big one. How many of us have gone to a workshop or had a real deep conversation with someone and once it's over your ready to chance the world. Only to see in a few days or weeks that we are back to our old ways and feel rejected before we get started. Take realistic steps each day to ensure your on the track you want to be on. Then remind yourself everyday what you want and keep it fresh in your mind. The final f is for Faith...as Bon Jovi once said "keep the faith". Faith and the belief in yourself will take you much future then you could ever expect. I look back over the years and I've been blessed to have a lot of great very supportive people in my life. But not that long ago I said I wanted to open a business. Well let's just say I had a few people tell me I wasn't playing with a full deck of cards. Now a few years later my business has sky rocketed and I'm meeting all kinds of amazing people. All this to say that once you believe in yourself, over come fear of failure and don't forget what's important to you, your one step closure to person wealth and success. All the best. Mike
